After much working with Ukelele, I've came up with a Windows Portuguese keyboard layout that matches the usual Portuguese keyboard, as seen in the image below:

I have no idea why Apple does not include this specific layout on their settings, but this I guess they probably can't even pinpoint Portugal on the map...
To install this keyboard, follow these steps:
- Download this file, and unzip the contents into this path: /Library/Keyboard Layouts/ (create the folder if doesn't exist)
- Open Preferences->International->Input tab, then search for the entry "Português+" and check it.
- On the system menu, check the new keyboard, and reboot.

Have fun typing!

Great Blog! I was also trying something similar..expanding horizons to the Mac Side, and was stuck with the keyboard ...
Got my external vga monitors working, but now has to fix sound and wifi.
:-)
Yes, it's been a great experience and very eye opening for me.
Real Macs work great, but Hackint0shes are full of driver problems!
Before you mess around with KEXTs (drivers), I would suggest you learn how to recover your installed Mac from a messed up KEXT, otherwise you'll find yourself reinstalling the Mac over and over again...
Thanks mate.
You bring me the sunshine day.
Now i have full working Mac Osx Leopard installed on my Acer Aspire 1652lmi.
